Holistic Counselling is body-based counselling where creative practices and talk therapy are used to clear blockages, work with grief and understand depression. This is a wonderful modality for a more whole body approach to overcoming difficulties including anxiety. Reiki can also be used in a session to bring you back into your body after a traumatic experience or prolonged grief. When the mind is confused and blocked, the body also becomes blocked and the energy stagnant. We move the energy by clearing the old, creating space for the new. With all the right tools you are able to move forward in flow, with confidence and certainty.

Reiki and sound healing.

Taking a pause, creating space and simply ‘being’ is an art. Stillness takes practice and the right environment. Each session with me is a new journey into that practice. You will be gently guided to a place of rest. The soft soothing sounds of a river drum and koshi chimes safely open your heart to receive. Your cells will breathe deeply from the sounds you hear and the Reiki you receive. Feeling fully rested is often the time answers come into your subconscious or conscious mind. Healing is inevitable - so whilst lying in peace, you whole body will experience healing. Feeling nourished, fully rested, with a clear mind, you will have a renewed sense of love and passion for life. Living grounded with integrity and balance becomes a lifestyle.

Self Love Mentoring is designed to create an abundance of love. When you have passion for life, you can conquer the world! We focus on your values and how you live them to enhance well-being and harmony in you life. As a writer, I will support you with content writing or journaling - how to open yourself to your full expression. I will drive your creativity whatever form that takes, so that you are motivated and inspired. When something is out of balance there is a break in the consistency and potency of your energy field. Understanding when you need to pause, rest, and take time for you is as important as motivating you to act. When you are in full integrity, you are alive, resourceful, creative and whole.

About me

I hold qualifications in a number of holistic modalities, but focus throughout on my clients rather than any specific one of them. When I meet with clients I use my experience in counselling, mentoring, running women’s circles and workshops to make it safe to be vulnerable. My own personal experience of losing and then rediscovering creative feminine energy gives me a unique insight into clients who feel overwhelmed or unempowered. Working on all these levels, I create an opportunity for stillness, pause and then reconnection, through sessions that are both uplifting and transformative. I hold 1:1 sessions in Brisbane and also run group workshops for self-love and well-being.
